Jon Salzberg

As Chief Investment Officer at Graceada Partners, Jon oversees all asset-level strategy and execution, leading the development and monitoring of comprehensive business plans for each property under management. His responsibilities include supervising monthly and quarterly operations, managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and driving performance through leasing strategy, expense control, and revenue enhancement. He also leads or supports due diligence, underwriting, and acquisition efforts, working cross-functionally with finance, legal, and property teams to identify opportunities, evaluate risk, and secure new investments.

Jon brings over 13 years of experience spanning acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio oversight. In prior roles, he managed a portfolio of 12 Sacramento office properties totaling over one-million square feet, directing leasing, vendor management, capital projects, and tenant relationships across a diverse tenant mix. Earlier, he served on the Western U.S. asset management team with Shorenstein Properties, overseeing part of an $8 billion portfolio from Houston to Seattle. In addition, he was previously an investment sales broker of office, industrial and retail assets across the Western U.S. and interacted with principals to market properties for sale. 

Jon holds a Masters degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Arizona. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children and is passionate about fitness from boot camps, running and biking to golf.
