As Asset Manager at Graceada Partners, Max oversees the strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of the firm’s commercial portfolio. His responsibilities include implementing and monitoring asset-level business plans, supervising property operations, and working closely with leasing and management teams to drive value through tenant retention, expense management, and revenue growth. He also supports budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning efforts to ensure each asset meets both operational and investment objectives.
Max brings over eight years of experience in asset management and property management, spanning office, industrial, retail, medical, and condominium association properties. Before joining Graceada Partners, he served as a property manager in the Chicago suburbs, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 20+ properties. In that role, Max worked closely with owners and operators to execute business plans, manage financial performance, and implement capital improvements. He directed budgeting processes, oversaw common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, and cultivated strong relationships with tenants and vendors alike, ensuring properties were well-maintained, financially sound, and aligned with ownership objectives.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Wheaton College (IL) and has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and industry best practices. Outside of work, Max enjoys traveling with his wife and two children and is an avid soccer enthusiast, both as a player and a fan.
