Asset Manager, Commercial Properties

Max Carey, CPM

As Asset Manager, Max Carey is responsible for managing Graceada’s commercial portfolio. He is responsible for the daily operations for each asset under management.   

Max brings seven years of asset management and property management experience. Before joining Graceada Partners, Max was a property manager in the suburbs of Chicago managing a portfolio of 20+ properties including office, industrial, retail, medical, and condominium association assets.

Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Wheaton College (IL) and the Institute of Real Estate Management's CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.
