That’s enough to light 18 football fields! We did the math. Some notable numbers include:

• 200,929 interior square feet outfitted with new LED fixtures

• 886 exterior LED fixtures installed

• $540,962.69 price tag for the LED retrofit

• Total savings of $181,978.89 ($85,688.49 int./96,290.04 ext.)

In continuous pursuit of improving our sustainable efforts, we have 3 pilot programs underway at different properties. These include:

• Hank.re a virtual building engineer that uses AI to improve a building’s energy efficiency.

• Solar Installation at properties in Sacramento and Fresno.

• Updated recycling programs at all properties.

Many properties don’t start out with recycling programs – we make sure to deploy them early, especially prior to starting improvements.

• 37 cubic yards of recycling bins are currently onsite

• Recycling programs planned for all properties by end of 2022
