Senior Associate Asset Manager

Victor Adjei

As Graceada Partners’ Senior Associate Asset Manager, Victor Adjei works alongside the VP of Asset Management to manage and monitor each asset’s overall financial and operating performance until ultimate disposition. Victor works closely with our commercial brokers, contractors, vendors, and in-house property management team for day-to-day operations.

Before joining Graceada Partners, Victor worked as an analyst at CBRE in Sacramento. While there, he introduced various ways of automating tasks related to the collection, entry, and analysis of data, which were embraced by leadership and coworkers alike. Prior to that, he worked as an independent real estate consultant sourcing and underwriting single-family rental homes for smaller scale investors. Victor graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Boston University.

Victor enjoys competing in amateur Muay Thai, playing golf on the weekends, and volunteering as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for youth in foster care.
